Color is simultaneously one of the most understood and least understood areas of physics. To truly understand color we have to understand the nature of light, which is basically to understand the true nature of the universe.

Science isn't quite there yet, and probably neither is any spiritual tradition, but the desire to strive to understand is one of the unique features of the human animal.

In this class we'll be discussing what we actually do know about color from a scientific standpoint -- what it is and how it affects our human systems, both mentally and physically.

From there, we'll expand into the not-quite-fully-tested world of using color in a spiritual way, specifically using it to shape your world.

During the course of the day, Settling The Mud and Spirit Intentions will guide you through many activities designed to help align your subconscious and superconscious to the intention of your choice.

These include learning about the psychological effects of color and drinking herbal teas, along with more spiritual pursuits such as taking mantras, sound baths using color coded crystal bowls, and burning rainbow intention candles.

This workshop will take place at the lovely and chill Botanica Plantshop.
